Convocation Registration Terms

By registering for the 19th Convocation at Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All information provided must be accurate and complete.
2. The registration fee is non-refundable.
3. You must attend the rehearsal session to participate in the main ceremony.
4. Academic regalia (gown, cap, hood) must be worn during the ceremony.
5. You must arrive at the venue at least 2 hours before the ceremony starts.
6. Photography and videography are only allowed in designated areas.
7. The University reserves the right to change the schedule or venue if necessary.
8. Proper decorum and conduct must be maintained throughout the ceremony.
9. Any misconduct may result in exclusion from the ceremony.
10. You are responsible for the conduct of your accompanying guests.

Fee Structure

The registration fee is as follows:

• Basic registration: PKR 4,000
• Registration with guest option: PKR 6,000
• Gold/Silver Medalists with guest option: PKR 4,000 (no additional fee)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by April 10, 2025 (14 days before the ceremony) for a partial refund (50% of the paid amount). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 10, 2025.
